Made by the community of Totora, in the Sacred Valley of Peru, these scarves were woven in only naturally occurring shades of baby alpaca fiber. The Totora Master Weaver Scarves feature designs like alpacas, owls, stars, Inca paths, and lakes. The designs are inspired by the natural world around the weaver, from which they draw their inspiration.

Over the years, these artisans have worked to refine the traditional spinning and weaving techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation since before Incan times, creating unique pieces of unsurpassable beauty. Some artisans boast the ability to hand-spin alpaca fiber almost as finely as machines!
